If Trump offers them asylum is there anything the rest of the world can do?
- Before they're charged, the brothers must be extradited from Romania. That won't happen until a criminal case there is settled.
  They'd somehow have to escape from where they're being held in Romania and get to the US before that would do them any good.
  
  I think they left Romania to Florida.
  
  Temporarily to make a court appearance then they were flown back.
  
  They went back on time though. I checked up on that at the time because I was expecting them to be fugitive afterwards.
  
  Yeah I guess the American government has never been involved with exfiltrating someone out of a foreign country before.
  
  While it could be done, it would be a lot for little political payoff.
  I wouldn’t write it off as a possibility but it would surprise me even with this administration.
  
  Yeah, not really sure what favour the Tate's have with Trump. He's a transactional piece of shit.
