There are videos of them setting up IOF checkpoints and also shooting and looting aid distributions minutes right after their arrival under the watch of the IOF.
Israel last plan for gaza was to cut aid and food for (ongoing 90+ days ao far) for people to turn into several militias fighting among each other for food/control. Well, when Israel realized civilians don't even have weapons to fight between each other, they introduced these armed PLOs to loot aid distributions.
