Most people cannot ride a bike at anywhere close to the speeds that an e-bike can hit. I pass professional cycling teams daily on my e-bike because I can do 20mph. The average professional cyclist seems to struggle to maintain 15+mph. I only get passed by a normal bicycle maybe once every few months, and those guys and gals have gastrocnemius' that are about as big as my waist. My current e-bike has just under 2500 miles on the odo, my previous one blew up at just over 11,000 miles. Oh, and technically both e-bikes could do 25 mph, that just wears out the motor in less than 1000 miles.
Regular bikes don't have a motor. E-bikes and e-scooters do have a motor. Some regulation on e-bikes may be needed, but regular bikes have been regulated as much as is needed. Maybe a helmet law, but even that seems unnecessary.
You have far greater knowledge of interspecies animal husbandry than I have ever pondered, or wanted to know
I thought anteaters with that snout, but sure.
These ones don't look that spry

Take out the oil industry, and all defence contractors and every military can no longer function.
Whether or not Russia's nukes are functional is immaterial. They know that they don't know which ones work. They also know they no longer have MAD on their end. All they can do is saber rattle with them, because if they ever try to use them, they know that there is a very good chance that the nukes will fail to detonate, for a variety of reasons, and the immediate retaliation from every other nuclear power, except China, would be the end of Russia.
