I still do not understand what's going on with this.

1. What is the end goal? Is he just sexually excited by hiring children to roleplay him being famous, or is the hope (for him. A terrible word obviously) that he will have some opportunity to assault or abuse one of these children?
2. Where is the money from? This question should be what the cops focus on. He or someone is bankroling this bizarre behavior somehow. If what he is doing is illegal (which I also still don't know if it is??) then shut the money down and jail the people bankroling it.
3. I just really don't understand

I commented on another post of this that I was lost as well. If it's a fake wedding, what was the angle? What was to be gained? What was illegal?

I never s aw one until about a month ago, now I've seen maybe... 7? Including two driving together and one was either vandalized or.... Uhh.... It was artistic.
