This is Russia. Ukrainian immigrants are already here and have been here for decades. And the right wing party plays right into Russia's playbook and have been for a very long time. And even with that, it seems like there are plenty of "election errors" in cities where a specific location wrote numbers backwards - always in the benefit of Nawrocki and the loss of Trzaskowski.
