Netherlands: 18 year old Ryan al-Najjar was tied up, beaten, and drowned by her father and brothers for being too Westernized
How the left is defending this particular religion is crazy.
- All the Abrahamic religions have these extremists.
- Name any of the other big three that have multiple genocides against their followers happening right now.
You're punching down by signaling out Islam, that's why you keep getting the feedback you're complaining about
Has no one tried explaining that to you yet?
Edit:
On a completely unrelated note, it's always weird when I stop replying to one account about this, another account with even less activity usually picks up right where the other left off ..
Netherlands: 18 year old Ryan al-Najjar was tied up, beaten, and drowned by her father and brothers for being too Westernized
It has less to do with religion and more to do with culture
No. It's far right religious extremism....
You're taking the actions of the most extreme 0.001% and using a label that applies to literally billions of people...
It's hard to believe someone cant logically understand that
Netherlands: 18 year old Ryan al-Najjar was tied up, beaten, and drowned by her father and brothers for being too Westernized
You've made it abundantly obvious that you're problem is the religion and not an isolated incident.
It's also obvious why you're hyper focused on the far right extremists of just one of the Abrhamic religions when literally all of them have extremists doing the same fucking shit. Because their rationale for doing so is literal the same original rules, and for the literal same god.
If you want to avoid people pointing out the bias in what you're doing talk about far right religious extremists of all religions, not just a singular one.
Especially when the religion you're hyper focused on are the victims of multiple genocides right fucking now

Two tiny websites who don't even have mbfc ratings...
Thanks for proving my point there's no trustworthy sources, since it's a safe assumption those were the best you could find short of the literal far right tabloid you first learned about this from

Lol, trump really doesn't know Bibi...
No way in hell he makes it 12 hours straight
Yeah. That's literally the whole point of "the cloud" it can be anywhere.
The EU has lots of places with available renewable energy.
Hook up a couple servers to some dams. With "free" electricity it'll be almost impossible to not end up being cheaper than Amazon in the long run.
Like, I'm struggling to see how this would be a bad thing long term. Relying on American corporations just isn't a rational choice anymore
trump really forgot the only reason he has a razor thin congressional majority, is Russia blackmailing Congress members into supporting him
Putin can make them all stop supporting trump just as easily.
Depends on who’s stronger.
Now it depends on who is willing to throw enough bodies thru a meat grinder, bomb civilians, or nuke everything...
If assassinations on the table, none of that shit matters if you personally get killed before you order it used
Every aggressive country would prioritize personal defense and strategic assassination squads.
Which again, I'd see as an absolute win over thousands or even millions of people dying.
There's no down sound.
I mean...
Honestly the whole "assassinating a leader is against the rules" has always felt ass backwards when the alternative is a shit ton of people with essentially no say in the conflict dying.
Let me take it back to Hammarubi.
All these shitty world leaders can just take turns killing themselves like the bloody Sneeches, until we eventually end up with leaders who think peace is worth a shot.
To me, that sounds like a self correcting and sustainable system. If a country's government starts a war, the most likely result would be that political leader getting merc'd by the government of the country they attacked.
By the French in secret actually...
They wanted to use Israel as a proxy against Egypt, so they helped them develop nukes almost immediately after Israel was created.
If France launched a nuke at Egypt, they'd get one back.
So the plan was Israel would use a nuke if it came to it, then take the consequences while Europe escaped unscathed.
Spend 33 years attacking a nation because they might have unauthorized nukes while the entire planet knows for a fact you have unauthorized nukes...
Is probably the surest way to make sure they develop nukes.
Because if they do develop them and threaten to use them, it's the only way to stop you from attacking them. If Iran has nukes, then Israel has no reason to attack and a good reason to pursue peace for once in its entire existence.
They'll change their tune when/if Iran can actually wipe them off the map, but not a day before.
Israel strikes Iran
Driving the news: Sirens sounded across Israel on Thursday night. Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz declared a special state of emergency across the entire country.
"Following the State of Israel's preemptive strike against Iran, a missile and drone attack against the state of Israel and its civilian population is expected in the immediate future," Katz said.
Who would have guessed Israel would surprise attack another country and then immediately play the victim...
Had a port call back in the day with an Aussie ship and a Russian sub.
Long story, but it was kind of coordinated and they cut us all loose in Florida for a weekend as some kind of good will thing. (Basically a mini fleet week)
The first day when we walked down the pier there was a guy who took a lawn chair and a cooler to the very top of the Aussie ship and the guy just got wasted up there till we came back and hurled kind hearted insults at us for not being able to stay out later and keep drinking.
So the next day we asked the Aussies what the fuck was going on with that dude...
Apparently he was the captain of their ship, and just did shit like that.
I could have sworn they've killed BBC journalists before, but there's none on that list so you may be right.
The officer threatened us with worse consequences if we approached the frontier from the Syrian side again, and said that they know everything about us and would track us down if any hidden or un-deleted photo was ever published.
Honestly surprised IDF didn't just shoot them as soon as they realized they were journalists...

China thinks long term and their government doesn't have to worry about elections.
There's no reason for them to grovel for short term concessions like democracies have to, they can just wait trump out.
Even better, companies from other countries that used to buy Chinese goods from American resellers, are now just buying direct from China to avoid tareifs nonsense.
Long after this is really over, American resellers can't compete with buying direct.
Like, I wonder why trump thought all these billion dollars global corporations kept bending the knee to China in the first place....
He claimed he could do more good in Africa. But that was never true
As evident by the current American government causing massive amounts of damage across the globe.
I don't think you're understanding the Bill Gates timescale either. Like, you think we're talking about the last decade or something
At this point Gates ignoring America makes it look like he's fine with the way things are going
China's unemployed Gen Z are proudly calling themselves 'rat people' and spending entire days in bed
Gen Z are all 18+ now, and it's a safe assumption neither number includes students
